
Our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year is coming up on Monday, September 29th! Our goal for 2025 is to raise $17,500!
The 3 goals of the Fun Run are to:
- Encourage fitness
- Build school community
- Raise funds necessary to support the school
Make a Donation!
Make a donation and invite friends and family to do the same! Donors contribute a flat amount, not per minute or lap. The EP PTO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and all donations are tax deductible.
Do you own a business and want to become a sponsor? We recognize all sponsors with a banner in front of school before and after the run! Email Liz at emcmillan724@gmail.com for more information.

Checks should be made out to 'Easterly Parkway PTO'.
Please note your student's name and teacher on the envelope or check.
Schedule
On Monday, September 29th, all EP students will have a chance to run/roll/walk as many laps as they can around the EP track in 10 minutes. Come cheer on your student and their class!
- Kindergarten: 9:00-9:10
- Grade 5: 9:10-9:20
- Grade 4: 9:20-9:30
- Grade 3: 9:30-9:40
- Grade 2: 9:40-9:50
- Grade 1: 9:50-10:00
Prizes
One of the main goals of our Fun Run is to build school community, so we are going to work together to make this our most successful Fun Run yet and earn rewards as a community! As each benchmark is met, the whole school will earn the following rewards! No donation is too small; every donation is important!
- $10,000...Eagle sticker for water bottle or chromebook
- $12,500...Music in the cafeteria for 1 week
- $15,000...Extra recess for 3 days
- $16,000...Popcorn treat with toppings
- $17,000...Movie day with popcorn
(And if we can go above and beyond our goal…..more rewards!)
- $18,000...Special guest readers + recess with guest readers
- $19,000...Special recess with playground games
- $20,000...Ice cream party!!
